Due to a fire destroying the Maui Meadows home of Sahel and Tabay on February 8, Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen, a vegan food truck in Kahului, will be closed until further notice. A GoFundMe account has been created to help them get back on their feet after this devastating setback.

March 1996: The British Government admits a link between contaminated beef and “New Variant CJD,” a condition linked to consumption of beef with Mad Cow Disease.

March 2003: A poll of British doctors names vegan John Snow, MD, pioneering 19th century anesthesiologist and epidemiologist, the greatest physician of all time.
